Oh lordy, I've woken up with the headache from hell!
4 ibuprofen and 2 aspirin later I'm squinting at the screen, slumped at the table.
Cranking headache, yet still hungry, and a little bit nauseous .... weighed in again ... another pound gone overnight (woohoo) and a mini-breakfast of egg/lentils/spinach/salsa/cottage cheese .... now I'm going back to bed.
