4 Hour Body - Exercise Log

Day 36 - 5 weeks in and I've decided to add in an exercise routine.

Plan is for kettle bells and sit ups on Monday and Friday: I have a 16kg (35lb) kettle bell.. it's bloody heavy! and I don't have a bosu-ball (one of those half ones), but I do have a whole one which I'll try.

And a range of other things mid week - none of which require equipment.
