- Daily - I weigh myself every morning when I get up
- Every Other Day - I do a body composition measurement (weight + body fat %, Bone Mass, Body Water %, Muscle Mass from the scales)
- Weekly (Sat am) - I use a tape measure, take photos, weigh and do a body composition.
- And I'm 5'4 ... or 162.5cm

I like charts more than tables ...
Here's one that's keeping me motivated - showing weight in pounds.
And the other chart I particularly like is my rolling-7-day-average chart. It does exactly what it says it's supposed to ... ie smooths out the daily jumps by taking an average weight from the previous 7 days.
Results to date:

- weights highlighted in yellow are new All-Time-Lows
